1. Hotel Cancellation/ amendments

Cancellation:
 - Cancellation has to be made through corresponding email ID: info@mkpremier.vn , otherwise no cancellation will be entertained. Cancellations will not be accepted over Phone.
- Customer must notify MK Premier boutiqu Hotel if you plan on cancelling your booking before check in date 3 -7 days
Any cancellation submitted after the cancellation due date, ONE night will be charged.

+7 days prior to check-in No cancellation fee
=7 days (or less) prior to check-in 50% of total room price will apply for handling and banking fees.
=3 days (or less) prior to check-in One night penalty charged

No Show :
- If a booking is cancelled within the day of arrival  or In case of No show or shortening stay, non refund will be made
(Considered as cancellation without the required advance notice)

Amendment:
- Amendments is negotiable via our email: info@mkpremier.vn

Refund:
- The refund will be made through your credit card. Additionally, although MK Premier boutique Hotel will instruct the bank to handle the crediting process immediately upon notification of cancellation, it could take from 12-15 weeks for the actual crediting to take place, depending on your Bank’s practice.

2. Tour Cancellation :
None cancellation – None refundable

Less than 2 business days or No-show No refund
  • Check-in time is from 02:00 PM and check-out time is at 12:00 noon
  • Extension of late checkout time is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:
  • Check-out until 06:00 PM – 50% of room rate
  • Check-out after 06:00 PM – 100% of room rate
  • Early check in is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:
-  Early check in from 8:00 AM of arrival date – 50% room rate (W/o BF)
- For guaranteed early check-in, room will be reserved the night before and charged at 100%

Rates are inclusive of:
  • International breakfast buffet (6.30 to 10.00 am every day)
  • Free Welcome drink when check in
  • 1 bottle of mineral water in room daily/1 person
  • Free usage of ADSL and Wifi internet in-room and public computer
  • Children and Extra bed Policy

Maximum 01 child under 8 years old, sharing with parents using existing bed

Children in tour: Children under 4 Years old free of charge (share bed with parent). From 4 to 8 Years charged 75% (share bed with parent)
