HOTEL POLICIES
1. Check in time 14:00 and check out time before 12:00 pm in next day.
* Early check - in
- Before 8:00 am, hotel charged 100% roomrate, included breakfast
- After 8:00 am: charged 50% roomrate, excluded breakfast
- Hotel would support checkin after 12:00 if availabilities
* Late check - out
- From 12:00 – 18:00: charged 50% roomrate
- After 18:00: charged 100% roomrate
2. Children Surcharge
- Children is under 6 years old: 01 child free of charge and sharing bed, (If the family has 2 child, FOC - 01 child and other will applied fee).
- Children is from 6 - 11 years old: Surcharge VND 150.000/pax and sharing bed with parent.
- Children from 12 years old: Set up Extrabed and cost VND 500.000/room/night
3. Cancellation:
- Cancellation has to be made through corresponding email: info.mk@mkpremier.vn, otherwise no cancellation will be entertained. Cancellations will not be accepted over Phone.
- Customer must notify MK Premier boutique Hotel if you plan on cancelling your booking before check in date 5 -7 days

Other cancellation/postponement/amendment cases will be applied according to the contract terms between the hotel and the Partner/Travel agency.
No Show:
- If a booking is cancelled within the day of arrival or In case of No show or shortening stay, non refund will be made
(Considered as cancellation without the required advance notice)

- If you make a Nonrefundable booking, please take note this booking can not be change.
Refund:
- The refund will be made through your credit card. Additionally, although MK Premier boutique Hotel will instruct the bank to handle the crediting process immediately upon notification of cancellation, it could take from 12-15 weeks for the actual crediting to take place, depending on your Bank’s practice.

5. The above room rates are included:
- The above roomrates are included 5% service charge and 8% VAT
- Daily breakfast is served at restaurant on 6
th floor and open from 6:30 am – 10:00 am.
- Complimentary WIFI during staying at the Hotel
- Complimentary tea, coffee and 2 small mineral water bottles in daily
- Set up
Welcome Fruite plate and Free GYM for booking these type of room: Balcony Deluxe, Luxury Balcony, Balcony Suite, Premier Suite, MK Terrace Suite.
6. Special note:
- Guests are required to present their passports/ ID card at check-in time
- Guest will take full responsibility for any damages of Hotel properties
- Do not bring Durian in to the hotel. A penalty of VND 1.000.000 will be applied
- This is Non- smoking hotel. A penalty of VND 2.500.000/time will be applied if you smoke in hotel
- Safety deposit Box is available in room, If guests have any valuable things (money, jewelries, passport, etc... ) or assets worth over VND 1,000,000. Please keep in Safety. If there is any lost, hotel will not take responsibilities.
