Sapa is one of the most interesting sightseeing in the north of Vietnam, with the height around 1500-1650 m above sea level. Sapa is a land of modest, quietly but hides varies wonderful of natural scenes and Sapa is also a nest of hill tribe as: Black H'Mong, Red Dzao, Xa Pho, Tay, Zay...etc. Travel to Sapa, people forget everything, just enjoy the fresh air, clouds, sky, romantic scenery, majestic place, that is the reason why Sapa town is also known as the town in the cloud. With an average temperature of 14-18°C, cool in summer but a bit cold in winter. Sapa always attract tourists in whole year.
SAPA TOUR 02 DAYS 03 NIGHTS Night 1: Hanoi – Lao Cai

– We depart the hotel for Hanoi Railway Station to catch the night train (soft sleeper with air conditioning) to Lao Cai train station.

Day 1: Lao Cai – Lao Chai – Ta Van – Sapa (Over nite at 4 star hotel )

– Arrive in Lao Cai and be transferred by shuttle bus to Sapa. The bus ride uphill to Sapa takes a little over an hour giving you a glimpse of the stunning vistas and impressive rice terraces.

On arrival, you will meet your tour guide and leave your luggage at hotel in Sapa. The check in time is from 14:00 but if there is any room available, we can have an early check in.

08:00 – Have a breakfast at your own choice

Later on, we can then start trekking from Sapa town to Golden Stream valley. The trek offers some stunning views of the rice terraces, gardens and Fan Si Pan mountain range. After crossing a suspension bridge, we will hike up to Lao Chai San village. The scenery here is great. We will continue through the Golden Stream Valley, stopping at Lao Chai village for lunch. 

After lunch which is simply a picnic, we will explore the villages of Lao Chai (Black H’mong) and Ta Van (Dzay). This trek is relatively easy, though the trail can be quite slippery if it rains, so good footwear is recommended. 

After visiting a family of the village, we walk to the main road to meet up with our driver and return to Sapa town. Have free time to wander around.

Note: The trekking distance can be shortened if we use car transfer from Sapa to Lao Chai and the clients will spend about 2.5 hour walking from Lao Chai to Ta Van and Giang Ta Chai. Please note to our suppliers about the request so that they can arrange suitable services.

Day 2: Sapa – Ma Tra – Ta Phin – Sapa – Lao Cai – Hanoi

– Start trekking from Sapa to Ta Phin valley. We start from Sapa and walk through the town for about 20 minutes before turning to a dirt road to Ma Tra, a black H’mong village. The trekking route offers a breathtaking view of vegetable gardens and rice terraces with green mountains rising above. There will be time for visiting with local families and learning about their traditional fiber processing. We continue trekking to Ta Phin village of the Red Dzao, in one of the most scenic valleys in Vietnam. Here we’ll stop for a simple lunch before exploring the village. 

15:00 – Return to Sapa by private vehicle to check in to your hotel. You’re free to explore the town, its market and sloping streets with all the colorful handicrafts.

Tips: With your free time, you can go up to Ham Rong peak where you will be able to experience a great view over the town of Sapa.  This is a great chance for some unforgettable photos! This is only recommended for a good weather afternoon (Entrance fee is not included).
In the afternoon, you’re free to explore the town, its market and sloping streets with many colorful handicrafts.

17:00 – we will transfer you back to train station

19:35 – Night train back to Hanoi.

Around 04:30 the following morning: Tour ends at Hanoi Railway Station.

Note: Transfer from Hanoi Railway Station back to the hotel is excluded in the tour price but we are happy to offer a free breakfast at MK Premier hotel and a place to refresh.
